Use of the App
Return... is a meditation timer application designed to support your mindfulness practice. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Not Medical Advice
Return... is a wellness tool, not a medical device. The App:
- Does not provide medical, therapeutic, or psychological advice
- Is not a substitute for professional mental health care
- Should not be used to diagnose or treat any medical condition
If you have health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.
HealthKit Data
If you choose to enable HealthKit integration:
- You grant the App permission to write Mindful Minutes to Apple Health
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data logged
- You can revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, sounds, and content, is owned by 941 Apps, LLC. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Use the App's content for commercial purposes
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 941 Apps, LLC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
